Avera Breaks Ground on Fourth Building at Century Plaza Distribution Center

The Avera Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction, and investment firm, has broken ground on CPDC IV, a fourth building at Century Plaza Distribution Center in North Houston.

CPDC IV will be a ± 120,022 SF front load building with a 32′ clear height, dock high doors, ESFR sprinkler system, TPO roof system, and 195′ truck court.

The site is situated on 8.17 acres in North Houston, offering access to both Interstate 45 and Beltway 8, optimal ingress/​egress capabilities, and close proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

We anticipate delivery in Q2 2023.

CPDC IV will be Avera’s fourth industrial building at Century Plaza Distribution Center, with Building I delivered in 2013 and Buildings II and III delivered in 2014.
