Avera Breaks Ground at Red Bluff Industrial

Avera has broken ground at Red Bluff Industrial, a two-building, 154,860 SF development situated on 11.8 acres in Pasadena, Texas.

The site is strategically located near major thoroughfares including Interstate 610, Interstate 10 and Beltway 8, with direct access to Highway 225 and within close proximity to the Port of Houston.

Building I will be 59,170 SF, and Building II will be 95,690 SF, both with a front load configuration and a 210’ shared truck court. The buildings are divisible, and will feature a 32’ clear height, dock high doors, ESFR sprinkler system and TPO roof system, as well as ample parking and build-to-suit office options.
