Avera Breaks Ground at Champions Park

Avera, in partnership with AEW, has broken ground at Champions Park, a 242,021 square foot development located in Northwest Houston on Antoine Road just north of Beltway 8.

Champions Park is situated on 14.02 acres and is efficiently designed to maximize rental square footage while providing flexible car and trailer storage, a build-to-suit office, and a 36’ clear height.

In addition to flexibility, Champions Park offers access to major thoroughfares including Sam Houston Parkway, Interstate 45, Tomball Parkway, and Veterans Memorial Drive.
