Avera Announces Baytown Development
The Avera Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction, and investment firm, has partnered with AEW Capital Management to develop Kilgore Grand Parkway, a 522,135 square foot cross-dock building situated on 33.92 acres in Baytown, Texas. Kilgore Grand Parkway boasts an ideal location in the southeast market with Grand Parkway frontage. The building will be positioned to efficiently serve tenants needing access to the Port of Houston, as well as those that require close proximity to Interstate 10. The project will offer a 40’ clear height, 185’ truck court, Dock High, ESFR Sprinkler System, TPO Roof System, Built to Suit Office, as well as ample trailer and employee parking.
