DALLAS — (March 1, 2016) — AVERA Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction, and investment firm, is announcing that Park 161 Distribution Center, a 346,995 SF facility in Dallas, Texas, is fully leased. 

The tenant is Nashville-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, one of the largest third-party logistics companies in the United States.

The institutional quality tilt wall building is situated on 18.8 acres, and is strategically located at the northwest corner of State Highway 161 (George Bush Tollway) and January Lane.

Park 161 is a front load building, and features a 32’ clear height, 60’ speed bays, 52’ x 53’ column spacing, ESFR sprinkler system, and TPO roof system.

The development is positioned in the highly desirable Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area, adjacent to Great Southwest Industrial Park. The property sits less than 12 miles south of DFW Airport, with easy access to both I‑20 and I‑30.

The building was designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the civil engineering was provided by Pacheco Koch, and Avera Construction acted as the general contractor.

Park 161 reflects the continued expansion of Avera within the DFW market, and is accretive to other Avera properties in the area, totaling nearly 1 million SF.
