Panels Lifted at Park 161 Distribution Center - Dallas, Texas

DALLAS - (July 23, 2015) - Avera, a commercial real estate development, construction and investment firm, is announcing that the first tilt wall panels have been lifted at Park 161, an institutional quality distribution center in Dallas, Texas. 

The 347,015 SF project is situated on 18.8 acres, strategically located at the northwest corner of State Highway 161 (George Bush Tollway) and January Lane. 

The development is centrally located in the highly desirable Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area, adjacent to Great Southwest Industrial Park. The property sits less than 12 miles south of DFW Airport, with easy access to both I-20 and I-30.

The front-load building will be suitable for single or multiple tenancy, and have a 32' clear height, 60' speed bays, and 52' x 53' column spacing.

The building was designed by Powers Brown Architecture, and the civil engineering provided by Pacheco Koch. Avera Construction will act as the general contractor.

Park 161 reflects the continued expansion of Avera within the DFW market, and is accretive to other Avera-owned properties in the area, totaling more than 800k SF.
