Fred joined Avera in 2013. As a Construction Superintendent, his responsibilities include providing onsite supervision of construction activities and safety regulations as well as ensuring a project’s successful completion. After almost 20 years as a remodeling contractor, he has been a Commercial Construction Superintendent for the last 15+ years.
Construction Project Manager
Adam joined the Avera team in 2013 as a Construction Project Manager. In his primary role, Adam is integral in the planning and execution phases of construction projects, estimation of costs and budget preparation including value engineering, coordination of subcontractors and onsite supervisory personnel, implementation of design features, safety and risk mitigation, in addition to assuring overall project success by arriving on or before scheduled completion and well within budget constraints. Adam has 7+ years of experience in the commercial construction arena both in the field and in supervisory and managerial roles. Adam is a proud veteran of the US Military, serving 6 years in the United States Marine Corps, including combat service during Operation Iraqi Freedom
Valdemar joined Avera in 2013. As a Construction Superintendent, his responsibilities include providing onsite supervision of construction activities and safety regulations as well as ensuring a project’s successful completion.
LeRoy joined Avera in 2013 as a Construction Superintendent . His primary responsibility is to provide onsite supervision of construction activities. He also serves as Site Safety Officer overseeing and enforcing safety regulations and ensure the project’s successful completion. LeRoy brings over 30 years of construction experience, 20 of which have been spent as a Superintendent with an extensive list of successfully completed projects in Government and commercial construction. LeRoy is also a retired US Army Engineer served as a Senior Construction Inspector, given 25 years of service to our military serving tours in Afghanistan and other contingency operations.
Chad joined Avera in 2013 as a Construction Superintendant. His primary responsibility is to assist in coordinating onsite and offsite construction activities and supervise projects in the field, to ensure each project is successfully completed, both on schedule and within budget. His role also includes managing onsite quality control, materials and promoting job site safety. Before joining Avera, Chad’s experience was gained through commercial/residential construction as well as pre-engineered metal buildings work. Chad received his degree from the University of Wyoming, where he lived prior to joining the AVERA team.
