AVERA signs lease for Century Plaza Distribution Center building 300
HOUSTON – June 2013 – AVERA is announcing Century Plaza Distribution Center Building III as the new Houston distribution center for PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. CPDC III is a state-of-the-art, institutional quality tilt-wall distribution space with 32’ clear height and ESFR sprinkler system. The development is located in North Houston at I-45 and Airtex Rd.
PrimeSource is one of the largest distributors of building materials and fasteners in North America. They currently have 40 distribution centers throughout the U.S. PrimeSource will occupy 149,500 SF of distribution space. The anticipated completion date is set for the 4th quarter of 2013. The building features include a 32’ clear height, dock high doors, ESFR sprinklers, 60’ Speed Bays, 130’ Truck Aprons, secure fencing and two acres of outside storage.
Leasing at CPDC was handled by Gray Gilbert of CBRE. CPDC III, represents the second of three buildings in the The Century Plaza Distribution complex and when complete totaling 391,020 SF of institutional quality tilt-wall distribution space, suitable for single-tenant or multi-tenant occupancy. PrimeSource is represented by John Ferruzzo of NAI and Mike Morgan of Interstate Tenant, based in Chicago, IL.
