Avera Announces Groundbreaking on 300,800 Square Foot Warehouse Building

COPPELL, TEXAS – April 2013 – AVERA is announcing the groundbreaking of Northpoint Corporate Center, a Class‑A Industrial distribution warehouse building located two miles north of D/FW International Airport in Coppell, TX.

The 300,800 square foot, cross-dock building will feature 32′ Clear height, abundant car and trailer parking, and an ESFR sprinkler system. The facility, with direct access to State Highway 121, I‑635 and State Highway 114, is well positioned to serve companies’ distribution needs throughout the D/FW Metroplex and the Southwest United States.
