Avera Acquires Site for Latest Project Near Port of Houston
HOUSTON - (June 7, 2016) - AVERA Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction and investment firm, is announcing the acquisition of 41.5 acres to develop Bayport Industrial Park, a 3 building, 738,610 SF complex within Bayport North Industrial Park, on the east side of Underwood Road, just south of Fairmont Parkway.

Building 1 is 176,655 SF, Building 2 is 369,755 SF and is rail-served, and Building 3 is 192,200 SF. All buildings feature a 32' clear height, 130' truck court, ESFR sprinkler system, PTO roof system, and are fully fenced with off-site regional detention.
Avera expects to break ground on Buildings 2 and 3 in Q3 2016.
