HOUSTON, TEXAS – September 30, 2011 – AVERA, a commercial real estate development, construction and investment firm, is proud to announce the addition of Lance Odom as Partner to the AVERA team. In this capacity, he will be responsible for deal generation, relationship management and Operations of our Construction and Development divisions.
Odom joined AVERA from O’Donnell Snider Construction where he was a Partner, focusing on high end interior construction and renovation projects. Throughout Lance’s 20 year tenure with O’Donnell Snider he was a catalyst in the Firm’s growth and successfully established a strong presence in the marketplace. His experience encompasses both interior and exterior construction including project development, estimation, and scheduling and contract management. Lance is an alumnus from the University of Texas where he received his BA in Economics.
